Dr Cheong embarked on an international speaker tour of the region including Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Malaysia. He lectured and conducted advanced masterclasses on atopic dermatitis, acne, and seborrhoeic dermatitis. His audience included dermatologists, paediatricians, neonatologists, general practitioners, and pharmacists.

Dr Cheong Wai Kwong together with Professor Giuseppe Micali from the University of Catania, Italy conducted a series of lectures to dermatologists in Taiwan, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Malaysia as part of a seborrhoeic dermatitis book launch.
